Who this is

I'm Nick Rygiel. This site and my YouTube channel are personal, and they are owned by Rygiel Holdings LLC, my own company.

They are not associated with Protocol Wealth LLC. I am a principal of that firm, which is a registered investment adviser, but it does not produce, review, sponsor, or pay for anything I publish here. Nothing here is done on its behalf.

Not advice

Everything I publish is for general education and information only.

Nothing here is investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything, or a recommendation of any security or strategy. Reading or watching creates no client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship of any kind.

If I mention a company, security, product, or strategy, it is an example - used to explain how something works, why something is built the way it is, or what happened historically. It is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or a suggestion that it is suitable for you. Nothing I publish takes your circumstances into account, because I don't know them. Only you do - and if you want advice that does, hire someone to give it.

I may hold positions in companies or assets discussed, and I may change them at any time without notice.

On whose opinions these are: see the AI section below - the narration in my videos is generated and is not me speaking. Where I state a view in my own words, it is mine alone and may change.

On my use of AI - please read this one

The narration and the voices in my videos are AI-generated. That is not me speaking.

I choose the subject and I choose the source material. The hosts you hear are synthetic, and the words they say are generated from those sources - they are not my personal statements, and you should treat them as a reading of the material rather than as my opinion.

I also use AI for research, drafting, editing and artwork.

What is mine: the choice of topic, the choice of sources, and the decision to publish. Where a video contains realistic synthetic voice or video I flag it with the platform's own disclosure tools as well as here.

If something matters to you, go to the sources. They are the thing worth trusting; the narration is a way of getting through them.

Accuracy, and what happens when I'm wrong

I try to be accurate and I will get things wrong anyway. Nothing here is guaranteed to be correct, current, or complete, and I may change or remove things without notice.

Where I get something materially wrong, I would rather correct it visibly than quietly. Corrections go on the thing that was wrong.

Third parties

Links and mentions are not endorsements. I don't control other people's sites and I'm not responsible for what's on them.

Comments

I don't give advice in comments, replies, or messages - including in answer to a direct question. It isn't reticence; it's that I can't responsibly advise someone whose situation I don't know, in a comment box.
